Activity Leaders are the heart of the camp, bringing enthusiasm and structure to each day. We seek individuals with a high level of energy and the ability to engage and command attention in a group setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of delivering clear instructions to both young learners and adults.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead various activities and sessions, ensuring participant engagement and enjoyment.
  • Effectively communicate instructions and create a safe, inclusive environment.
  • Support the Coordinator in implementing the daily schedule and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and planning sessions to enhance the camp experience.
  • Act as a role model, exhibiting enthusiasm, respect, and commitment to the camp's mission.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized environment within the camp.

Requirements:

  • English Language Proficiency: C1 or C2 level English communication skills.
  • Background Clearance: Clear criminal record, mandatory for working with Junior participants.
  • Valid passport from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
  • Must be available for a minimum 3-week assignment
  • Experience in leading or coordinating group activities, particularly with youth.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong team ethic.
